Kitchen: Cooking
Optimized pre-blending vessel to ensure a homogenous mixture. Continuous, recipe driven batch system. Single operator operation. Continuous cooking process, with excellent temperature control to prevent burning. Integrated vacuumizer to remove air bubbles, flashing off moisture and quick reduction of temperature. Automatic cleaning procedure. Remote assistance through a modem. Suitable for different combinations of gelling agents, gelatin and pectin. Optional automatic dosage of color, flavor, acid and API. Optional batch reporting.

Moulding
The 400M Starchless Moulding system is engineered for the high-precision production of gums and jellies using starchless moulds. This compact unit features a specialized depositing pump with a closed design, ensuring dosage accuracy is completely independent of static pressure. With an integrated in-line release agent application unit and automatic tray indexing, the system guarantees a consistent 0.1-gram accuracy across the entire mould while maintaining a clean, controlled production environment.

Conditioning
Tanis conditioning rooms are built to a proven modular concept which incorporates an controlled airflow, integrated air handler with dessicant dryer. This ensures a consistent, evenly dispersed conditioned airflow though the stacks of trays.

Demoulding
Our 400M series offers two versatile demoulding options tailored to your production needs. The vacuum demoulder utilizes suction cups and minimal compressed air for the gentle release of candy from polycarbonate moulds, featuring a small footprint and manual tray handling. Alternatively, the blow-out demoulding system provides a fast and sanitary solution, using a controlled jet-airflow to efficiently release gummies onto a conveyor. Both systems are designed for easy manual infeed and outfeed, meeting international safety standards (CE/USA) and offering flexibility for various regional voltages.

Finishing
Our finishing lines offer precise control over the final product characteristics. We provide high-capacity sanding systems for sugar and matte flake application, alongside automated oiling drums for uniform polishing. These solutions are engineered to ensure consistent coating quality, prevent product adhesion, and achieve the desired visual finish, ranging from high-gloss to matte.
