The 400S Kitchen is engineered for high-efficiency production, starting with an optimized pre-blending vessel that guarantees a perfectly homogenous mixture. The system features a continuous cooking process with precise temperature control to prevent burning, followed by an integrated vacuumizer that removes air bubbles and flashes off moisture for rapid cooling. For final processing, the Additive Blending System (ABS) provides accurate weighing of the gummy mass before blending in colors, flavors, and actives. Designed for operational simplicity, this easy-to-clean system requires only a single operator to manage the entire workflow.

Tanis conditioning rooms are built to a proven modular concept which incorporates an controlled airflow, integrated air handler with dessicant dryer. This ensures a consistent, evenly dispersed conditioned airflow though the stacks of trays.

The D6 sugar sanding line is meant for customers which produce small batches at low capacity, and where a lower level of automation is required. The D6 offers two drum types: single-wall and double-wall. The single-wall drum is ideal for lab work or small batches, while the double-wall drum is designed for running larger batches, ranging from 6 hours to several days. Both drums require manual sugar dosing. The single-wall drum features a limited outfeed diameter, ensuring that the sugar stays inside, with candy pieces needing to be removed manually. In contrast, the double-wall drum has a perforated inner surface, allowing excess sugar to remain inside and enabling the coated candy pieces to exit the drum more automatically.
